The patented DynaSteam2
system adds water directly on a fan, which blows droplets out through the cabinet to create steam—a method that’s much more even and controllable. Combined with the auto reverse fan that reverses through cooking time, you can count on Henny Penny technology to ensure superior cooking performance with better results than any other system on the market.
While standard steam/hotel pans are 264.5 in² (12.75” x 20.75”), FlexiRack pans, trays and grids feature added special wings, allowing additional length for greater capacity.
