Spicy Chicken Rub
Award-winning Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub is a ready-to-use dry cooking spice blend that is true to its name. Apply to meat or poultry before cooking. Sprinkle on product for a little heat and beautiful red-brown color. Rub a small amount into the surface of the meat and let it sit for a few minutes before smoking. Place a little Spicy Chicken Rub in the cavity of the bird for a more intense flavor. Comes in 10 oz. shakers or 5 lb. tubs.
For an old fashioned pit barbecue glaze, apply Cookshack RibRub up to 24 hours ahead of smoke-cooking ribs. RibRub is a blend of savory herbs and spices which enhance the flavor and appearance of pork ribs. (Use Cookshack Brisket Rub on beef ribs.) Rub on ribs at the rate of 1 - 2 oz. per slab. Mix RibRub with Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub to taste to add some heat. Use on ribs or chickens. Comes in 10 oz. shakers or 5 lb. tubs.
